We are asked often if our Harleys overheat in the 110 degree + weather. We have never had an overheating problem. Las Vegas Metro and Henderson PD's also run Harleys. We've asked several Motor Officers if they've had overheating issues, they said no. Washing the oil and dirt off your engine will keep your engine a lot cooler. The grime left on your engine will tend to insulate your engine and trape heat.

I could sit for hours and talk to him about his travels and experiences. Panhead Billy's take on life is one of a man that has literally experienced life. Just by looking at him and his 1960 Panhead tells a story, no a novel of life experiences. Yes, today I am proud to say I made friend today and his name is Panhead Billy. What a legend.

Julie is the WINNER!!!!! Here is her winning story: Recently we had the great pleasure of taking the one day Extraterrestrial Highway Area 51 tour with Gunslingers Motorcycle Tours. The day was bright and sunny (it's Vegas afer all), the road straight and smooth. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the area's history and folklore, and had many stories to tell about UFOs and aliens (are they ALL true?). Our ride was going great when we pulled over, in what seemed like the middle of nowhere because there was something on the side of the road that apparently needed investigating. Was it a long-awaiting alien perhaps? A little silver man? A giant probe needing a victim? NO, it turned out to be a cow carcass on the side of the road! Missing soft-tissue in several places (a couple I won't mention)--what could scream alien more than that?! Now I, the lone vegetarian of the bunch, didn't want anything to do with that pile of beef jerky laying on the side of the road and when my secret was out I quicky earned the name "t-bone", which stuck the duration of the day! But, since it may be the closest thing to an alien encounter I experience, I did allow a few pictures of myself next to it (my husband has threatented to use them for next years Holiday cards). Funny man! What a great way to spend the day! We are looking forward to taking one of Gunslingers' longer tours the next time we visit Vegas. Great ride! Burns and Julie (T-Bone) Everett Wa.
