The Las Vegas Strip is full of casino restaurants in every variety you can imagine…steak houses, Chinese food, Mexican food, hamburgers…just about anything. But if its fun you are looking for, you may want to look past the casinos. Here are few themed restaurants that offer a fun atmosphere, with plenty to look at and check out while you are here:
The Harley Davidson Café 3725 Las Vegas Blvd S Las Vegas, NV 89109  Located on the strip, this three story restaurant is a local favorite. The front of the building greets you with a giant Harley motorcycle bursting out of it, along with a couple bikes on display out front. The inside is full of motorcycles…some even hang from the ceiling on a giant conveyer. The walls are full of pictures of celebrities and autographed Harley tanks. Get your picture taken on a replica “Captain America” bike from the movie “Easy Rider”, or get married - no kidding! A small area upstairs is set up for weddings, and from the looks of the guest book, it has been used often!The Hard Rock 4475 Paradise Rd Las Vegas, NV 89169  Located just off the strip, this is a favorite stop for celebrities. The eighty-four foot neon guitar out front lets you know you’re at the right place. The front windows are adorned with giant pictures of Bono and Bon Jovi and the inside continues with more memorabilia of Elton John, Elvis, and Madonna. An impressive guitar display and an Elvis wall are just a couple of the things you’ll see here.Margaritaville 3555 Las Vegas Blvd. So. • Las Vegas, NV 89109  Margaritaville is a family friendly restaurant in the middle of the Strip. Try a Cheeseburger in Paradise or one of their other menu items as you escape into a tropical vacation at Jimmy Buffett’s famous restaurant.
Screwballs Sports Bar and Restaurant 2460 W. Warm Springs Rd Las Vegas, NV 89119 South on the Strip sits Screwballs, a fun sports bar with great food at very reasonable prices. They are biker friendly. The owner is a Broncos fan, which is apparent from the décor, so if you can put up with that, then you’ll love this place. Not the “typical” Vegas glitter and neon, but a great find off the beaten path.
The Hot Rod Grille 1231 American Pacific Drive, Henderson, NV 89074  Located away from the strip, this restaurant is tucked away on the Southeast side of town. Replica cars from the movie “American Graffiti” hang from the ceiling and a full sized Cadillac stands up on end, acting as a huge stand for a big screen television. Checkered flags and autographed pictures hang on the walls, along with autographed celebrity pictures.
Hogs & Heifers 201 N. 3rd Street Las Vegas, NV 89101 Every night is different at Hogs N Heifers…you never quite know what to expect. A biker bar known for wild nights, bartenders dancing on the bar, and a displayed collection of…um…undergarments, this is the place to go if you’re looking for a night of fun. It is often frequented by celebrities, and in fact, the first Hogs & Heifers was the inspiration for the movie “Coyote Ugly”. Very biker friendly.
Nascar Café 2535 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109  Located on the Strip in the Sahara Casino, the Nascar Café is a great experience for race fans of all ages. More than just a restaurant, it also offers an amazing roller coaster called “Speed” and a virtual cyber speedway.
